Implementations & Migrations

For organizations that need to migrate from an existing CRM and/or are starting from scratch with NPSP, you need a partner now and in the future. It’s not enough to do a “Quick Start” implementation. Adopting a new system is an exercise that touches all parts of the organization and requires a long-term partner to help manage through change and evolve the system over time.

Re-implementations

If you already have Salesforce but you are now finding that it’s not working for you as seamlessly as it once did, it might be time to consider a re-implementation. Common reasons to consider a re-implementation include:

The organization has Gone Through Significant Growth
You went through a bad implementation initially
You have poor user adoption

Within a monthly retainer, our admins will work with you to build a backlog of work and then, through a monthly retainer, help slowly roll out changes to the organization. Lightning Upgrades

The Salesforce Lightning has been out for awhile and by now it has become the defacto user experience for Salesforce. However, not everyone has migrated yet especially those organizations that have a lot of custom buttons, custom code or a site experiences for external users. Unfortunately, the clock is ticking. Salesforce Classic is going away and possibly within a year.

For the most part, Lightning Migrations are like re-implementations.
