SPCA International has had the pleasure of working with Sean Ramsey and the Fortafy team since 2019. We have taken advantage of their virtual Salesforce administrator and data administration services and have been able to expand impact tracking, improve donor management and streamline our program processes. We had previously worked with a large company that couldn’t quite grasp our needs and left us feeling like just another client. As a small team ourselves we needed a group that had the knowledge and expertise of a large company but the ability to work collaboratively with our organization.
