We have been working with Fortafy since February 2022. Our partnership, which began as a basic Salesforce buildout, has evolved into an integral part of FIN’s growth over the past two years.
From the first day, Sean, Cathy and everyone on the Fortafy team have been outstanding. I look forward to my weekly meetings with Cathy. Not only is she easy to work with, her knowledge and capabilities never cease to amaze. She can take the wildest idea and turn it into reality. Since 2022 Fortafy has helped us improve our processes in several key areas. First, they streamlined our CRM and donation platforms to make them easier to manage and maintain. Second, they took over and finished our total website redesign after it was abandoned by another company. Finally, they helped us to fulfill our vision to create a second, fully interactive website to make our work accessible for everyone. This new website has helped to expand our reach and impact in a way we did not think possible a year ago!
I cannot recommend Fortafy enough, especially for a small organization with really big ideas.
