Fortafy has been a critical partner to AmeriCorps Central Texas, a collaborative of the Austin-area organizations that engage AmeriCorps members in national service in our community. Sean Ramsey helped the group identify a viable pathway to collecting data and keeping it current, adapting our existing Salesforce database to meet our evolving needs. He and his team are highly responsive, straightforward, nimble, and innovative. They are also willing to go “above and beyond” to think through challenges that aren’t specific to data but are relevant to it and to troubleshoot real-time problems when they emerge. Sean himself has a rare combination of data and technical know-how and people-centered problem solving that has made him an invaluable partner over time. Both resourceful and mindful of limited resources, he’s willing to try new things, evolve systems, and bring in other thought partners to help us get where we need to be in tracking the collaborative’s key outcomes. It is no small task to work across multiple organizations to find solutions that meet everyone’s needs and requirements, but Sean has been willing and able to help the group get where they need to be.
