We have been working with Fortafy over the past year to update our Salesforce database and transition to the Nonprofit Success Pack. Our previous version of Salesforce was designed as part of a pro-bono project, was heavily customized and had not been updated in many years. Not only did Fortafy help us migrate our data to the Nonprofit Success Pack, they also provided staff training and helped us automate several processes. Our staff is more well-versed in Salesforce best practices and can use the platform more efficiently than ever before. We could not have accomplished any of these tasks without the help of Sean and Victor from Fortafy.
